Our Team
Our carers, cooks, housekeepers, maintenance, administration and activities staff work tirelessly to provide a homely and supportive atmosphere in which our residents and other service users feel safe cared for and valued.
Our Management
Our management team believe in being hands on and are actively involved in all day to day aspects of care. The Manager Helen, prides herself on the excellent relationships she has with residents, their families and friends; placing great importance on being accessible and visible in each home.
Our Values
We believe that our residents, visitors, carers and staff are all unique individual’s and have the right to be treated with respect and dignity. Everyone has the right to be heard and the life experiences that people have add value and enrich life in our homes.

Our Training
We place great emphasis on the training and development of staff and endeavour to go beyond the minimum statutory requirements. All staff have a detailed induction programme and are encouraged to undertake a formal qualification. We have an extensive training portfolio of 28 courses, including First Aid, Health and Safety, Nutrition, Food Hygiene and Dementia.
